Fondant cake utk hantaran di hari pertunangan adik.  Seharusnya dibuat steambuttercream .. tp telah diubah kepada fondant atas tujuan keselamatan ketika berjalan jauh.  Thanks Chef Baini bg izin tukar kulit kek ni.

Proses persiapan last minute. Sesudah subuh memulakan operasi jam 6am. Alhamdulillah selamat disempurnakan sejam selepas itu. Jam 10am tunggu kedai buka, sambar satu bunga utk hiasan atas kek. 

Balik touch up sikit2, akhirnya siap juga. Dalam jam 11 lebih kami rombongan memulakan perjalanan.

Bridal theme cookies was ordered by Ezna. If I'm not mistaken this is 3rd or 4th time or more,

I can't remember .. I received the order from her.  Thank u Ezna .. u're my frenn..haha..

This round the order purposely for sponsored for her neighbour enggagement. 

She was good in decorating. Homemade gift basket ideas from her really perfect,

with a 'legless' bear make giving so cute & very special.

Hantaran cake in white & gold theme

This 10"   'hantaran' cake special for Ann,  my ex-officemate for her brother Dev's engagement.  1st layer was covered with marzipan then full fondant. With theme white and gold as a specific request from her.
